The sister vessels, Birthe and Birgitte, were delivered in summer 2019 by Kynde & Toft A/S.

The newbuildings were made in Thyboron by shipyard Kynde & Toft A/S, which was responsible for fully fitting out both fishing vessels. L.349 Birgitte and S.149 Birthe are Danish vessels that fish in the Skagerrak.
